March 29 to April 4, 2005, we organized a group of Beijing principals for 15 days education research to Australia. The group meet the manager Mr. Don Hudgson officers from Victoria Department of Education & Training (DE&T) International Division and officers from Melbourne government. They exchange the Chinese and Australian education system and its development tendency. They also exchange the information about employment and training of principals and teachers, the assessment of teachers and principals, how to inspire student’s individual interests etc. It is a pleasure for our principals to meet the first Chinese Melbourne mayor Mr.Su Zhenxi. Beside, our principals visit two famous independent college and have deep impression of what it is like for interest guiding teaching.
